SAFETY ISSUES
Please read the following new information
  • All firearms will be required to be bagged until coming to the firing line. ( match or practice )
  • All firearms will be required to have chamber plugs in place. ( plugs will be available at the range)
  • There will be NO consumption of any alcohol prior to or during practice or competition. This WILL get your team a DQ from the match.
  • Accidental discharges will result in a disqualification of the team for the event(Score of Zero)...eg. Shooting the ground or failure to impact the berm.
  • PISTOL EVENT...FMJ bullets will NOT be allowed. Hollow point, lead point jacket, or copper coated lead bullets ARE allowed. Copper plate must be able to be scratched off down to the lead with a pocket knife.(Anyone with questions about their ammo should seek out prior approval before their turn to shoot)
  • SHOTGUN EVENTS...Shotgun plugs will be checked, only 2 rounds allowed in ANY shotgun.

FYI
  • Be sure to get your entry in before the Early Bird Drawing cutoff date {}. We have some great prizes to give away.
  • There will be (5) 4 inch targets at 25yds. and (10) 4 inch targets at 35yds. in the Combo Event.
  • The practice days and times will be conducted in the same manner as last year. Get your entries in early and pick your day and time.
  • The timing for the Flurry and Flush targets for the Preliminary Round will be:
    • 1.25 second intervals between targets after the initial targets are thrown for Open Industry, Sportsman Open, and AA classes.
    • 1.50 second intervals between targets after the initial targets are thrown for Industry and Sportsman A classes.
    • 1.75 second intervals between targets after the initial targets are thrown for the teams in B,C,Lady, and Junior classes.

CLASSIFICATION GUIDELINES

PRACTICE SCHEDULE for June 9 & 10, 2010.
Range practice fees for this year will be: Steel - $15 per person for Wed. and Thur. Shotgun - $15 per 50 clays.
